Head and Neck Tumors

Head and neck tumors are increasingly observed in the population. These tumors can be benign as well as malignant. Again, the structures in the head and neck region may have their own tumors, as well as a tumor that has spread from another organ of the body.

In case of any swelling in the hand of the patient, it is recommended to consult an ENT specialist without wasting any time. From the patient who comes in this way, first of all, when this mass was noticed, whether it continues to grow, whether it is painful or not should be questioned. Afterwards, a detailed ENT examination is important. Following the examination, it is possible to make a preliminary diagnosis with blood tests and radiological examinations. The next stage may be biopsy and surgery.

Again, the most important thing to remember here is not to waste time. Because the application to be made for tumors caught in the early stage can be very promising, but we may encounter bigger problems in the advanced stage.

As a result, we should be afraid of being late, not from head and neck tumors.
