The curvature of the patient’s nose due to congenital or trauma is called deviation. Difficulty in breathing due to this deviation is the most important complaint. Solving the breathing problem can be achieved by eliminating this deviation problem. Septoplasty is the surgery to remove this curvature in the nose. It is performed completely through the nose and there is no scar or deformity. The surgery can be performed with or without buffering. If it is an operation with a tampon, the patient can return to work the next day when the tampons are removed 2 days later.
